| Supervision
Of Installation and Commissioning of Pumps/Dispensers. |
Oilco supervises installation
of pumps and multiple product dispensers supplied by MIDCO and
Tatsuno to the oil industry in India. Job entails checking of
pipelines and fitments, conforming electrical equipment complaince
and commisionoing of the equipments. In particular installation
of products such as non-space units is undertaken totally under
our supervision.

| Warranty
Maintenance of Dispensing Equipments |
Oilco has signed contracts
with dispensing pump manufacturers MIDCO and Tatsuno so that
once equipment is sold to the Indian Oil Industry, maintenance
of the equipment during the warranty period is undertaken completely
by Oilco. Periodic reports pertaining to pumps performance and
areas of improvements.
Technical support required by the oil industry is forwarded
on behalf of the manufacturers by Oilco. Regular periodic training
programs for customers are organised. Customer feedback on equipment
performane is relayed back to the suppliers.

| Annual
Maintenance Contracts on out of warranty equipments. |
Oilco has running annual maintenance
contract with all the oil majors in India. Contracts cover equipment
supplied by Tatsuno, MIDCO, Larsen & Toubro and Avery. We
are in the process of bagging contracts for Gilbarco and Wayne
Equipment as well.

| Marketing
of Niche Products |
Oilco is distributor for products
such as submersible turbine pumps, tank gauging systems, environment
management system, dispensing pump automation equipment, vapour
recovery system, composite piping systems and fitments, petroleum
retail automation equipment etc. We are involved in customer
education and information disbursement pertaining to products
that are already available in retail station environment in
American and European subcontinent and will surely find application
in India in days to come.
