Oilco has set up Customer Support Desks at all four Regional Offices, to handle equipment complaints. Oilco also has a network of more than 50 service centers throughout the country including multiple service-centers in each state.

The Oilco Customer Support Desk will:

  • Receive complaints through email, fax or telephone (toll-free)
  • Log the complaint and assign a complaint number
  • Allocate a service engineer
  • Track the complaint until resolution
  • Provide feedback through multiple channels - email, fax or telephone
