Oilco
has set up Customer Support Desks at all four Regional Offices,
to handle equipment complaints. Oilco also has a network of
more than 50 service centers throughout the country including
multiple service-centers in each state.
The Oilco Customer Support Desk will:
- Receive complaints through email, fax or telephone (toll-free)
- Log the complaint and assign a complaint number
- Allocate a service engineer
- Track the complaint until resolution
- Provide feedback through multiple channels - email, fax
or telephone
